The real issue, especially with cholesterol, is mixing your healthy fats and proteins with sugars and carbs. Eating high protein is really good for you and 3-6 eggs for breakfast has really good benefits, just leave out the grains, sugars and vegetable oils. A craving of eggs could indicate the need for iron, vitamin D or B-12 as well. It’s actually a common craving as many don’t eat enough protein. Eggs also help with certain hormone levels and is a great source HDL cholesterol, which benefits the creation of hormones. They balance insulin and ghrelin hormones and help with estrogen metabolism.

Thats funny!!! Eggs are really good for you though! Good protein and fats! Just gotta watch out for the cholesterol. Im very wishy washy with eggs, sometimes they give me the ick 😂😂
