Refrigerated milk
Help!! My husband was cleaning out the fridge and left a 10+ oz bottle of milk out on the counter and forgot to put it back in the fridge 😭
It’s probably been an hour and a half sitting out, is it still good to put back in the refrigerator to store later or is it not good anymore? 😭

How long has it been in the fridge prior to your husband taking it out?

I wouldn’t be putting it back in the fridge. It’ll have no doubt gone to room temp in that time then you shouldn’t chill it again
Good for 4 hours out if you want to give it soon but I would refrigerate again

Yes! It can be out 4 hours. That’s what the lactation specialist told me at the hospital! Refrigerated 4 days.
