Trauma in the body?

Not everyone has a PERFECT birth experience. I am doing some chiropractic care and Accupuncture (I was doing this while pregnant as well). But after my birth, I’m curious about some holistic options? Anyone have any recommendations for bodywork/somatic therapy/ addressing trauma stored in the body?

While I don't have advice for those kinds of things, you may be interested in a shadow work journal or just shadow working in general. Just doing holistic physical stuff isn't going to help unless you actually face the trauma head on

I do have a therapist so doing that type of work! Just thought of some other resources :)

@Madison oh got it! I've heard yoga us a really good one for that, there are a few YouTube walkthroughs of yoga poses specific to trauma
