Does anyone journal?

I guess I’m looking for advice when it comes to journaling about negative emotions. My village is unreliable and I find myself getting stuck in an angry cycle whenever I try to write about it. It doesn’t make me feel better but I need to get the feelings out somehow.

I write songs to get my raw emotions out about big things. Any negative emotion in general though, I write to God in a Google Doc as if I'm praying to Him, because I know He won't judge me. If I'm in my car by myself, I'll talk about my feelings in a voice memo.

Write it down, then burn it. Let that shit go and write about how you want your life to be like. Write as if it's already here. This is called scripting. Focus on the positive in your life.

May be cuz you need to talk about it ?? Knowing where and why your anger is happening has helped me a lot to be more understanding of myself better. So let it’s okay to feel angry that is part of who we are but how we handle it matters so I think your taking the first step right by recognizing that you are angry 😇
