Yep she refused her bedtime milk last week so thought we'd try her morning milk and she refused that. Tried again the next 2 evenings but refused so much she got herself so worked up. She now doesn't have anymore bottles just her porridge in the morning.
Thank you ladies, you’ve put my mind at ease! I honestly thought she’d be too young to drop any milk, but I’ll follow her lead and offer her extra food 🤞 x
She’s probably already getting enough food which is why she’s refusing. If you still want her to have milk, try giving it with dinner?
Babies don't need any milk after 1 so long as they're having a varied diet with dairy in other forms cheese etc 😊👍
Mine doesnt drink milk at all anymore. We stopped breastfeeding before bed in August and he hasnt drank any cows milk since (maybe once…)! He just drinks water now
Maybe she is dropping her bottles herself. My daughter is 15 months and she did this, she dropped her afternoon one first then her morning. She just didn’t want them anymore so I replaced them with actually food/snack plates ext. She know only has her nighttime bottle to settle her to sleep x
