Yes it's family friendly
I took my baby when he was very young, I took him in a baby carrier! I was rather anxious sometimes because of the crowds, but took a break having a meal in-between! My advice is just go with the flow, leave if you wanna leave, avoid areas if you don't feel comfortable! Little one slept most of the time too! 😊
I’d recommend using a carrier, we took our son when he was around 4 months last year and the only place I’d say to avoid is millennium square. That place was packed full of people and I didn’t really feel safe since everyone was pushing into each other but everywhere else it was absolutely fine. We’ll be going again this year
Went last year when baby was 6 months she slept mostly. We did enjoy but it was very cold so best to keep the baby warm
In a baby carrier is better. I did a pram when my son was 2.5. I probably won't go again as they're very spaced out

We plan to take our 5 month old, he will probably sleep the whole time but our 4 year old will love it haha
