Pelvic floor therapy could possibly help. It has reduced the frequency at which my back has flared up.
I’m being referred for physio for my back as I physically can’t get out of bed and lift my daughter out of her crib most days and others I’m still in crippling pain for at least 2 hours before my back loosens up again. Keep on at your doctors, it is not normal to be in so much pain. I really sympathise for you, it is awful! x
I had the Spinal block, Naomi I’m exactly the same most days! Even lifting my little boy out of his buggy😩 I’m quite lucky he’s a happy little baby as I don’t know how I would cope if I was stuck with him crying 😭x
I completely understand how you feel. I also had the spinal block, they tried about 5/6 times to do it before they managed to get it to work properly so I thought it was that. I’m even struggling stood washing up and sterilising bottles these days😣 x
@Naomi my case was the same. They poked me multiple times. I am just one month PP and honestly reading all these comments have made me scared to death 😰
Did you have to have a spinal? It’s not normal to have that level of pain they should be looking into it for you sorry you are suffering
