Shortness of breath

I made 28 weeks a few days ago. Is anyone else getting winded easily. I was cleaning my bathroom and had to take a break 3 times. I think some of it has to do with the change in the weather and I have a touch of asthma too. I also notice it more when the baby is high up. What are some things you have done to help with this?

Yes Im 28 weeks I get winded just walking up stairs or doing simple tasks I just try to pace myself and drink more water

Yes I’m dying just from cleaning up a little bit. I did lab work yesterday and my results says I’m anemic now 😭 it makes sense I have no energy

Yes! They say it’s normal just from carrying the weight of the baby lol I don’t like it lol I’m used to being so active

That’s so weird I literally just cleaned a lil bit ago and I’m 28 weeks and everything I do I have a hard time breathing I can’t even talk much anymore

Hell yes lol I take breaks as I clean also 😩

Hi I’m 29 weeks and I still go to the gym but I need a break after everything I do, at least an 1 hr break. But if I go to the gym when I get home I feel like doing absolutely nothing more. I still do but it continuous breaks and a nap now!

I need a break every 10 minutes of cleaning. Hard time pace myself.

I'm 28 weeks as well and can barely talk without being out of breath every 5 minutes

I walked up to my room from the basement this morning and had to have a nice little break to recover

I’m glad I’m not alone but I’m having a hard time breathing just sitting in bed most nights. It sucks.

Yes!! I would get winded previously because we moved to a higher elevation- this is my first pregnancy here and I am feeling it. I have to sit down and deep breath because it almost feels like the start of a panic attack 😩

Omg yes! Im noticing right now because my baby is up at the top of my uterus that it’s hard to breathe and it’s giving me palpitations. I just woke up at 4am and now I’m sitting in bed trying to relax so I can catch a breath.

I’m 26 weeks. But depending on how she’s sitting I get out of breathe very easy. Other than that I’m powering through while chasing my 2 other kids. Right now I’m laying in bed and I’m winded and she won’t move 🤣

Same at 29 weeks! Just reading that I’m not alone makes me feel so much better😌
