Possible miscarriage

So I think I am having a miscarriage. I went to the walk in on Friday with cramping and brown spotting. They said they couldn’t do anything apart from book me in for a scan on Tuesday. Since then the cramps have gotten quite a bit worse and the spotting has become red blood with small clots. Does this sound like one? I’ve come to terms with it but still find myself getting randomly upset and feeling nervous for Tuesday. If it is one how long before it all begins passing? I’ve been spotting since last Tuesday. The waiting is making me so anxious and I feel like I’m not being present at all for my toddler 😥
