@N L its crazy.. i have seen so many complaints about her and the way she responds to these complaints is embarrassing! Wish i knew this before i bought a seat from her..
Omg! That group stresses me out so much, if you cant afford to buy a £300 cat seat (or multiple for your parents as well) you’re awful apparently 😭😭😵💫
@CeeCee yess exactly this! My parents in the Netherlands bought my daughter a carseat for when we go over there and i asked for help how to instal it cause my mum didnt understand. Everyone was bashing me for buying a terrible carseat and i should buy a £280 for them for the week 🤣🤣
Don’t know anything about the FB group but we went to meet her as she is local and she was super helpful with meeting our needs and the car seat is great. She also helped us with the car seat we already had too (it’s a cosatto) and chatted through fit etc as it was going to my parents. She was super helpful.

@Becky hmm if you read the 1 star reviews on trust pilot, everyone says the same how rude she is. And they are all from this year so not sure when you bought the seats, but maybe she changed this year 🤣

@Marissa I bought the seat less than a month ago. She was by far the best person we have been to and spoken to about car seats. Was refreshing because she didn’t actually try and sell anything just told us what we needed to know, tried the seat in the car and then helped us with the fit of our other one

@N 💞 yea its absolutely vile how she speaks. My friend who was also in the group, commented on my question and she got blocked since she didnt agree on ehat Gabi said. Shows what kind of woman it is. If you dont agree with her, you get thrown out

I’m not one of a few, we were recommended her store by people are the baby group we go to. A fair number had been to see her. It only seems her online persona isn’t liked but in terms of being someone useful and helpful to go to - locally she is without doubt one of the most experienced and helpful people around.
