Transition to seat unit in pram

Hi all, Wanting opinions on putting bubs in seat unit of pram already. My boy will be 5months in a few weeks. He’s a really nosey baby, able to hold his head and although not fully about to keep himself upright when sitting is trying and also try’s to pull himself up. Lots of friends with babies of similar ages already have theirs in seat units but speaking to family members they don’t think it’s a good idea just yet. Really torn on what to do!

My LO moved into the seat at 3.5 months. He loves looking at everything. I think 5 months is fine x

I’m assuming your seat reclines

@Katherine yes we have the icandy which does lay back but isn’t a fully flat surface. X

As long as it reclines its absolutely fine! I moved my baby at 3 months

Mine reclines so moved baby at 3 months as he hated being laid flat because he's too nosy 😆

Yeah he will be fine with it reclined until he can sit up properly himself xx

I put my other kids when they where 4 months in laid back seat. But this baby is still in carrycot as she is comfy still there 😁

I’ve moved mine over this week, he’s 4 months next Friday. He’s too long for the bassinet now xx

Mines been in his since 10 weeks x

Just moved my 4.5 month old into his this weekend, like others have said just using it reclined x

I have the icandy, my LO doesn't fit in the bassinet now and I don't like her being in the car seat so I've moved her into the seat, if she's awake I'll put her on the 2nd seat setting, but most of the time she's lying flat! She's 4 months next week x
