How many nappies?

Following as I plan to do the same! Started buying wipes each week

lol I can not remember how many we made it through it was such a blur! Good idea spreading cost though because 💸

Just a heads up 100 nappies might not last you 10 days 😂 some nights with a newborn we could go through 8-10 nappies as it would need doing at every wake roughly every 1.5-2hours and sometimes they'd poop during the feed and so I'd end up doing it twice 🫣 but also so easy just to pick up more with a food shop and the small sizes are quite cheap too plus you might find that they don't get on with a certain brand so don't want to end up lumbered with loads of them! Wipes though you'll use, would definitely recommend some water wipes and some others too!

It also depends on the size of your baby. My wee man is 1 corrected and 14 months actual and only just in size 4 nappies. We were in size 1 nappies for ages- pampers are shit for newborn save the hassle and just buy Tescos own at £1.90 a pack you can’t complain 😂😂

Honestly supermarket own brand nappies are so cheap in the smaller sizes, I wouldn’t bother stocking up as they can take up so much space too and like others have said you don’t know what size baby will be and if they will work for them. If you wanted to stock up, wet wipes will always get used or put some money back in a pot each week instead and then you’ll have a fund to dip into to buy baby bits once they are here

I'll be buying one pack of Asda as they've been great for our little boy and just go from there. What worked for him might not for this baby

I’m just buying a pack of Aldi and a pack of Sainsbury’s size 1 the week before they’re born. I don’t need to buy wipes either because my little boy uses water wipes

I got two big packs of nappies

We had to go out and buy size 0 for our 6lb13oz newborn as we only started buying them in size 1 lol This time I’ll buy a couple 0 & 1 and I’ll get the rest once baby is born. Boots own brand nappies are my fave
