Welcome to the 2 year old 😢 they call it the terrible twos but I’m slowly learning with my 2 year old she is testing all boundaries and it’s the best time. It’s frustrating and you want to scream hard some times but they are testing everything. We forget they are only 24-27 months old this world is big to us I try to imagine how big and scary it must be to her 🩷 just stick to your guns when you say no, but I also find myself explaining to her, if I’m saying no to things just because then I re think myself and think unless she is in danger and I can’t actually give her a reason to why I’m saying no then I pick that fight (if that makes sense?) x
Was this written about my son 😂 mine enjoys throwing absolutely everything including himself at things including people 🙈 xx
Yes this is my two year old! We started giving him clear consequences so if you do x again we take x off you. We usually take away his dummy or that ever it is he’s playing with for example if he kicks something and is holding a car the car is taken away. He’s starting to get it now and the threat/ warning of getting something taken away seems to be working xx
Hahah yes! Mine is the exact same… it’s not called the terrible twos for nothing 😫. As for tips I just take something away, if he’s smashing a car into my table for example or I distract with something else xx
