Help! Unused diapers!

Hey yall, so I was wondering what I should do with the unused diapers that I have from my daughter? She’s a little more than a month old and wearing a size 1 as of yesterday (we switched brands very early when we were first settling). We have some newborn diapers that we didn’t get around to using or just didn’t fit her right and I was thinking of donating them but I’m not sure as to where I could or if a donation center would even take them, since some if not most of the diapers don’t have their original box/bag they came in. They are just stacks of individual diapers. Figured I’d ask for future reference as well! OR if there are any mommies near me that could use some newborn diapers, message me! I have a few different brands that we went through to try which we liked. We will most likely continue trying different brands as my baby gets older.

You could donate to a women’s shelter or there are FB pages that have local moms that you could help (ie. Saginaw moms but nothing, Fort Worth moms)

I posted my sons unused pull ups on Facebook marketplace and had sooooooo many mamas who were in need. It’s heartbreaking. I gave them all away for free to the first few people who got to me first. I definitely recommend doing it that way. Second option I would do is looking for pregnancy centers or domestic violence agencies. Agencies that typically have mom and babies involved. I’d go to their website and give their donations phone number a call and ask if they are in need of diapers. I just prefer the first way because I’m giving it directly to a mom. The second option is fantastic too and you can only hope it goes to a mom in need.

Sometimes you can give them away on Facebook marketplace to a mama in need.

Take them to your nearest once upon a child they give you money for them or you can get some clothes for your baby w store credit

We have a neighborhood Facebook page and we are all swapping and giving things to each other all the time! Especially if they are open. If they are sealed you can return them to target or Walmart or exchange them

@Leah how does the store credit work?

If you find out where the diapers are from you can exchange them for a bigger size, I just did that for my baby girl at target and HEB 👍🏼
