Sleep regression

My little boy has went from sleeping 8pm - 4am (wake 1), then 4:30am - 6:00am (wake for the day) to now waking 6 - 8 times a night. I know there is a 6 month sleep regression but it’s been going on for nearly 4 weeks. Should I be doing something to get him back to his normal sleep routine? Has anyone successfully got passed the 6 month sleep regression? Please give me hope! Last night he woke up every hour 😅.

No advice but following coz I’m right there with you! Gone from waking 1-2 times overnight to waking up to 8 and taking up to an hour to settle each time. I’m exhausted!

Same here! My little boy wants feeding a lot of the time too 😕

Update!! The last 2 nights were down to 3 wakes a night! Still not perfect but he’s now sleeping up to 4 hours, 5 minute wake, up to 4 hours, 5 minute wake and then another hour. Definitely more manageable. I started putting him in his cot awake and no longer feeding to sleep or using the dummy at naps/through the night. Don’t know if it’s a coincidence but going to continue with this!
