Sleep training

Does anyone have any tips?? I am struggling on how to start sleep training my 4 month old baby. She does pretty well at night. Once she’s down she stays down except for a 2-3 am bottle. We cosleep as of now but I want her to start to sleeping in her crib. Any tips would be helpful!!

I started doing all naps in crib at 4 months when he started the sleep regression. He was a contact napper for 2 months, I couldn’t anymore. So I put the hatch in his room for naps and I would bring him into his room and when he was almost asleep I would place him in the crib. You have to be extremely consistent and patient but you’d be surprised how fast they adapt, especially at this age. We don’t do the cry it out method but if he’s fussing I let him try to self soothe until he begins to cry and I’ll come in and rock him until he falls back asleep and put him back in the crib. I’m sure this will help with night training as well as naps

@Rocio Cuevas thanks girl! This helps a lot. I’m going to try and start that. My girl only wants to sleep with contact as of now 🥲

So you mean train to not co sleep or train to not wake up at 3 am?
