I wonder if this is the same as I have. They've called mine a subchorionic haematoma. Have they said anything else about it?

Ohh noo! Never heard of that, could u get in touch to find out? I’m sure it’ll all be ok or I’m sure they’d have to have done something about it xx

I had one too, was told it’s just a small bleed that could’ve been caused because implantation & it will either make its way out (and not to worry if it does) or it’ll be resorbed by the body itself, mine was visible at 6 weeks, I’m now almost 12, had a scan a couple of days ago and it had gone x

Thank you girls, they mentioned bleeding near baby but because I’m currently not bleeding to not worry but any bleeding to contact epu.. just sounded scary on the report x

@Candise have they said if it’ll effect pregnancy during third trimester or anything?x

@Charly no tbh they really havnt said much about it. Just that baby’s okay but because they can see the bleed I probably will start bleeding again. im kinda hoping ill get more information about it at my 12 week scan

It’s horrible the wait now until my 12 week scan.. all I can do is hope everything is okay x

@Charly I had the same thing with my scan at EPU due to bleeding and so they gave me another scan in two weeks to check it had gone which it had (after the blood had passed), was your scan with EPU? X

@Tanya no it was a private scan with a place called window to the womb x

@Charly ah okay well if you do get some blood you will be able to get a scan then with EPU to put your mind at ease before 12 weeks 🥰 hope everything goes well for you x

Just checked and my area of bleed was 13 x 15 x 19 mm and within the two weeks it was gone, just to give you reassurance 🥰

I have the same at 10 weeks. Mine started with spotting so went to epu and they saw a small bleed on the scan. They said go expect more spotting and not to contact them unless it gets heavy and red. I have my 12 week scan in 8 days so will see if it has gone or got smaller 🤞

Yes I had the same at 6 weeks, was terrified as the woman was horrible, wrote down on my discharge 'incomplete miscarriage' my next scan with my local hospital confirmed it's nothing really to worry about and it's not a miscarriage, its fairly common and should either come out vaginally or reabsorb into the body, it's like a small pocket of blood/bruise, my last scan it had reabsorbed a fair bit and was quite small, i didnt bleed, hoping my 12 week scan Wednesday will show it's gone xxx

It is a worry but the time will fly by, mine felt like a drag but now just over a week to go and so far no bleeding so hopefully mine is also gone

I had this on an early scan, got told I had a bruise on my womb, said it can be from implantation. Not got my 12 week scan til 4th x
