Yeah I think it will depend on the airline. I flew British airways last week and I have a Cybex gazelle S which is pretty big so obviously I couldn’t take it with me on the plane, it had to go with the luggage and even though it was bigger than their required measurements they only asked if it could fold in one piece and that was it
The one you just posted looks pretty compact to me so I don’t see why not
I got the graco stroller from smyths for £50 as I didn't want an overly expensive buggy as they just throw them on to the plane
