Morning sleep/day naps vs night sleep advice

Hey all looking for advice/your own experiences. My baby is 12 weeks old. Normally she would go to bed around 9:30/10 but has been going to bed later recently and I’m not sure if it’s because she’s been napping longer during the morning and/or having more day naps. when she was first born I was really bad with her naps as I just assumed she’d fall asleep if tired. Now I can get her down for 4/5 naps a day and wonder if that’s affecting her night sleep too. I’ve popped a pic of my tracking and as you can see she has been sleeping more in the am, possibly because I’ve been sleeping badly and in the morning I’ll put her in bed with me so we’ll both sleep more. Do you reckon it’s causing her to sleep later at night? She’s also sleeping less hours than before at night. What do you think??

Have a set wake up time in the morning and make sure she’s not sleeping too much during the day. Her sleep needs are reducing.
