Absorbent Nappies?

Hello! My little boy (10 weeks) is doing up to 9h stretches at night, which is fabulous. What isn't fabulous is that he's wetting through his nappy and wakes up sodden, all up his back and through and sleepsuit, vest, and sheet on the NextToMe. We're using Aldi nappies at the moment, which are great during the day but can't keep up with the amount of wee overnight. I've tried waking him to change but it really disrupts his sleep and he's a grouch in the morning! Does anyone have any recommendations for more absorbent nappies please? Thanks!

My LG is the same and I use Pampers at night time or Tescos. They I know pampers are more expensive but I only buy them when they’re on offer! X

How on earth do you get him to sleep 10hours!? I’m so jealous 😭

Definitely pampers! Never had a leak overnight with my little boy & he sleeps about 8 hour at night xx

I would say the same Pampers have not failed us so far during the night. There’s also another brand called Peaches, and their nappies are really good too.

Same, tried a few and always back to Pampers with my first so have stuck to Pampers again this time. Good luck as that is an amazing night time sleep otherwise

We use pampers for night time

Thanks all, this is good to know! *Immediately puts Pampers on shopping list*

@Shona don't know - just enjoying it while it lasts as I'm sure it won't last forever!!

I loved Fred and flow at tesco however my now 21 month old passes so much urine they weren't even lasting an hour. I have switched to Sainsbury's and honestly they are brilliant. He sleeps a solid 10-12 hours at night and now his pj's and bed are dry 🙂

Pampers all the way for us. They’re expensive but if you download the Pampers app you can get money off coupons all the time when you scan the codes etc

i was having the same issue with my LB, and we currently use Tesco nappies and the issue seems to have stopped. my wee one pees A LOT in one go even during the day too so I can vouch for their nappies being very absorbent lol

I have stopped changing my LO’s nappy in the night I use Sainsbury’s and they haven’t leaked yet.

My baby does this so I put him in a bigger nappy for bedtime we use pampers and they work wonders I also change him on his dream feed at 10pm he wakes but goes straight back to sleep x

We use Tesco and my little girl (10 weeks) sleeps through the night and they’ve never leaked at all :)

My 10 week old sleeps around 6 to 10 hours at night and we are using little angels from Asda and have had absolutely no issues with leaking xx

Move up in size for night time diapers. Coterie is amazing, worth it especially for night time use

I use eco by natty at night and pura in the day. Those eco by natty nappies soak up a lot and I find the children don’t get nappy rash as much with them. They are expensive so I always buy them in bulk when they are on offer.

Pampers and size up

We use tesco and I also really rate lidl. I used aldi nappies with my first and found once she was a bit bigger they didn't really work for her. X

Thanks for your advice all! We sized up on the Pampers and it's been a dream 💙

Our baby sleeps the same amount and we used pampers size 2 during the night. He’s 12lbs x
