One night away

Hello! I cosleep with my 12 month old, she is ebf also. In feb I am going to spend a night away and leave my two girls with grandparents. My toddler is fine I’m just super anxious about my youngest, any advice? She won’t sleep in a cot and I don’t want anyone else cosleeping with her as they don’t have the instincts x

I found when I'm not around they find their way with other people. And other people figure it out with them.

Shall I bring a travel cot then even though she hasn’t slept in one before? X

Up to you. I don't have an issue with my mum for example sleeping with baby but if you don't want that, how about a cot mattress on the floor?

Following! I have a similar question 😊

I never left my toddler overnight until she was 2.5 when I was giving birth lol 😂 I just worry that one set of grandparents I trust they will look after her emotions the other set I feel like will not wake up to her crying, not very emotionally smart if that makes sense who I think are the likely babysitting candidates

I left my oldest when he was 3.5 months but with dad and he was combifed. The next time he was nearly 3 before I went away. My youngest I have never left overnight he's EBF. At most I came back at 1am.

I’m going through the same thing my baby is 6 months old and literally suckles on the nipple all night long. If she wakes up at all she wines till I give her my boob so she can go back to sleep. I’m so so worried about her when she it’s away
