Me and baby are sick
Ok so I know my body changes my milk to babies need but I think I’ve given my illness to my baby I feel like I’m getting worse and baby is staying the same
Baby is 4 months old
Should I contact the doctors in the morning?

Once I posted this I realized that’s because my baby is 2mo old. If they are under 4weeks our pedi told us we should bring her in for an evaluation

You can for some peace of mind. I got covid and ended up passing it to my baby and we just nursed a ton and snuggled extra. Her pediatrician said that nursing baby is still more beneficial than quarantining. She also told me that if baby is having a hard time breathing or has a fever that won’t come down after a bath or Tylenol then I should bring her in. She ended up getting super congested so we we using saline drops and a nose sucker
