Giving in

I’ve been trying to resist the urge to co sleep. Been trying for the last 5 weeks to get my baby used to his bassinet but it hasn’t been working. My hubby and I have been losing so much sleep so we’ve decided to co-sleep. We co-slept with my first born but I was trying to avoid that this time around. Anyone else co sleeping? Does your little one sleep throughout the night?

My 4 week old wakes up every 2 hours but sleeps in the nestig which is the small crib that turns into a regular crib, if the baby isn't sleeping in their bassinet, you can try another bassinet before co sleeping will be the safest, because they'll get used to your bed and never leave, is the advice I've gotten, its also dangerous.

We are also co sleeping ! Our son HATES and I mean HATES the bassinet at night . I get it’s not the safest or best choice, but when it comes to getting no sleep and pretty much going insane on no sleep and constantly him crying, I would rather just co sleep and get a peaceful sleep. We have a pillow for him though that we use that prevents him from rolling it helps keep his head straight

During the day he naps by himself !

I got a bedside bassinet because my toddler decided she wants to sleep with me again, since the baby was born and I don’t feel good about both in my bed. She will sleep there usually until 5 am before she wants to sleep on me. She wakes up anything between 3-5 hours @Anela it is absolutely not true that they will never leave your bed once you co sleep. My first co slept for two months, and when only during growth spurts, if she was sick, or during big changes They will be on their own when they’re ready. There is absolutely nothing wrong with co sleeping, as long as one follows the safety rules

We co sleep and my daughter only wakes up once during the night.. when I put her in the bassinet she wakes up every 30 minutes, and her cry sounds like she is terrified.

Yes I co sleep my son I didn’t want to but he hates his bassinet.

Yes cosleeping for now. My daughter sleeps on her back next to me with no pillows or blankets near her. She wakes up once or twice for a boob then goes back to sleep. We’ll sleep train at 4 months. Just surviving over here girl lol

We cosleep till he falls into deep sleep then I slide him over into our bedside bassinet. I don't trust my dogs or husband not to roll over or hurt the baby in the bed to cosleep. 😬
