What helped me was making a list of things to do and sorting them in 2 columns. The first things that had to be done no matter what. The second things I need to get done eventually. Yes there are dishes in the sink but a nap would be better right now. Feeding the dogs a must. It helped me feel more accomplished being able to check things off even if they were simply getting the mail or refilling the diaper caddy. I felt more relaxed seeing I did 10 things today simply because I felt like I deserved to relax.
Definitely feel the same way my head is constantly going and my ability to relax or do any sort of self care has diminished to nearly nothing

Been there. It’s really hard when baby is so little. The only time I really felt relaxed was holding sleeping baby and watching a show with my husband
