Sleep Regression

Is anyone else SUFFERING from baby’s 11 month sleep regression?? Omg it’s a nightmare! He usually goes to sleep after our routine and while feeding and then I put him in his crib. Now at night, he’s taking forever falling asleep and then he wakes up and yells as soon as I put him in his crib. He just wants to sleep on me, but I can’t go to sleep at 7pm! Then he wakes up like every hour at night screaming and it’s hard to get him back to sleep, even with feedings. It’s a nightmare!

Me! I need those caffine patches from Meet the Robinsons. 😂 My little goes to sleep at 10:30 every night in his own bed and by midnight he’s up crying making his way to our bed. Even once in our bed he’s up every hour and I don’t go back to sleep easily. If I roll away from him, get up, anything he’s wide awake again. It’s been a nightmare. Not to mention we get up to take dad to work at 6:30 and neither of us get anymore sleep until nap time at noon. And even then it’s the same as overnight. Wakes up if I so much as breath wrong! I haven’t slept in days and I’m about to lose my mind 😮‍💨

Struggling so hard!!!! We went on vacation in the beginning of September and it’s been ruined since! She wants to be touching me 24/7 and co sleep! 🥲 she used to sleep by herself since she was 2 months old

@Bella omg sounds a lot like mine!

@Bryttinie ya that co-sleeping is a habit that’s hard to break! Same going on with me.

@Valeria I’m sorry for your lack of sleep, but I’m so glad I’m not alone.. This is exhausting 😭 I take all baby night shifts since my partner works so early, on weekends he’s off work so he gets up early and then takes baby the first time he wakes and lets me sleep. It doesn’t fix it all, but it sure helps. 🫶🏻 It usually lasts me till Wednesday/Thursday and by Friday I’m like here kid wanna just watch movies while mommy dozes on the couch? Please? 😂

@Bella ugh you’re lucky that you at least get the weekend to sleep a little. I EBF so I do all the feeding and all of the putting him to bed. My husband gets up super early for work during three week so he wants to sleep in a bit on the weekends so I basically don’t ever get a break 😞

@Valeria I EBF too so I feel you on all the feeding and going back to sleeps… When he wakes in the mornings I feed him, and then partner takes him for a while. Usually I can get a sleep cycle in so roughly 2 hours and that really helps. It’s always the baby who wakes me for more boob tho 😂 Thankfully my partners idea of “sleeping in” is 8am. I also have a vitamin B deficiency so I just suffer with constantly being at like 10% on a day to day without having a child. Doctors can’t seem to figure out why. Most weekends I get to sleep till 10, and he lets me nap at least once through the day during weekends too. I’m extremely lucky, but we also discuss everything in great depth and detail. He realizes how tired I am, and works with me to help me. He also asks what he can do to help more. 😭

I'm a week into the regression now and mine is up every hour, assuming I can actually get her in the crib without waking 😭

Ours has slept 3 hour stretches the majority of his life. The difference is now he takes 30 minutes of fussing before falling asleep again 🫠anyone have any tips?
