Changing a nappie - should be an Olympic sport

Distractions, toys, songs, and silly faces! I also would recommend trying out a potty with your little one, just offer a little sit down at nappy change time. We catch pretty much every poo on there now so it's way easier xx

I've found that if I always change my little girl in her bedroom when at home, she'll stay more still for it, so long as she has a toy x

I do give my boy wipes, toys and sing to distract him..some I tell him to clap as he likes clapping and that has really helped

I found a ridiculous eye mask and put it on my forehead so my baby looks at me 😂

We’ve moved on to pull ups, soooo much easier

Oh I'm glad I'm not the only one, I have 4 girls and my last 2 we're not like this now I have twins and nappy changing and getting dressed is an effort lol one of them just wants to walk so nothing distracts her, shes trying everything in her power to move away lol

We either sing songs or give baby something to play with otherwise he will roll over and crawl off 🤣

i use pull ups, get rid of distractions so turn tv off, put toys away, give her the fresh pull up to hold, have a hand on one leg a regularly do a little shake and say “don’t you dare roll away” in a fun voice and she just lays there laughing at me majority of the time but it’s still occasionally a battle x
