Regression

Has anyone else LO hit the 4 month regression? He use to sleep well and only got us up once a night but last couple of nights it's every 2 hours and before he wake with a little whimper but now it's full on crying. His naps in the day now have to be forced and in a dark room or he will refuse to nap! One very tired Mummy!!

Yes we are going g through the same except she’s only 13 weeks old. Same story though. Waking crying every 2 hours in the night. And the day is even harder as she ain’t nap but is overtired. We’re also trying to force naps but if we get any they only last 30mins. I feel your pain, you’re not alone. Hang in there, it will pass ❤️❤️

Yep experiencing the same 😭

Think I’m just about hitting this. Normally sleeps through but been waking much earlier and lots of murmuring in the night xx

@Lou yes he 13 weeks too! Yes the day time naps are the worst, as I'm like I'll nap then but 30 minutes is nothing 😂

Yes 😭 omg, she started at exactly 3 months and I thought it was getting better and then she refused to sleep all day at yesterday and was getting extremely upset (overtired) and is even hard to get down at night but once she's out, she is usually okay (at night, lord if I try during the day 🥲) although, where she used to sleep 8 hours straight at night, she's now added a wake up period after 4 hours but will most the time knock back out for 8 hours after. honestly, it's testing my sanity as my partner doesn't get home until well past her bed time usually

Yes 🥲 he was a great sleeper during the night. Went down easy, MAYBE woke once but was doing 7:30 - 6:30. Now he’s waking several times a night. Last night he woke up twice within 2 hours of putting him down and then again at I think about 4am and once more at 5am. My husband ended up taking him into the living room and having him sleep on him while he watched Netflix until I woke up at 8am to swap over. Happened the previous night too, I ended up sitting with him asleep on me from 4am - 9am 🫠

I keep doing the same. 30mins isn’t enough 😂

Yep crying every hour at night now :(

Same for us 🫠 LO is 14 weeks and used to sleep so well, she’s now waking up at least twice in the night and naps in the day are max 40mins! Can’t get anything done. Apparently it’s just a phase that we need to ride through 😫

My LG is 14 weeks and her sleep has gone from 1-2 wakes a night to 3-5 wakes for the last week 🙈🙈 Thankfully daytime naps are still on schedule but crikey the nights are killing me and the thought that this can last from 2-8 weeks 🫠🫠
