Mine came in around day 5. We had a problem with his latch and I tried hand expressing for the first few days.
Day 3 I managed to pump about 30 ml. Keep baby on your breast and pump every 2-3 hours. That should help with milk production.
day 3. but i was pumping for 15 mins every 3 hours, onto of nursing my baby on demand. i feel like that helped it come in strong / fast
Had colostrum since I was pregnant and my milk came in on day 3
Colostrum by day 2, Milk by day 4ish. But I had a c section with general anesthesia
after pumping once a day every day my milk came in day 3
Colostrum where there straight away and my milk came in day 3/4
I had colostrum since pregnancy and milk came in on day 3 (the day I got home) I recommend TONS of skin to skin if this is possible! No clothes or bra in between. Allowing baby to latch on demand also helps! God bless you and I hope this all works out in the best way for you!
Colostrum is present for everyone at birth rhen transitions which is what the milk coming’ in is. Is baby able to drink from the breast? Having wet and dirty diapers?
I had colostrum until day 3 when milk started but it wasn't full milk I'd say until day 4/5. Believe it or not, babies actually don't need milk right away (colostrum is enough!) xx How do you know you have nothing? Have you pumped? I got nothing from pumping! I did however push pressure on my breast when baby latched and my goodness so much would come out! (Even now), don't be discouraged, I'm sure it'll come in soon ❤️
Day three and I was given some good advice from the mid wife as I was nervous about this too. She said do 10 mins on each breast and then top up with formula everytime baby needed a feed. I did this for 3 days and my milk came through x

Day 6 for me! Had colostrum stored in the freezer and then on day 4/5 had to give a few syringes of formula as she was soo hungry as I ran out of my freezer colostrum. But once milk came in we have been EBF since x
Colostrum straight away as I'd been 'harvesting' for a couple of weeks before I went into labour. My milk came in on day 4 x
I started colostrum harvesting from 37-38 weeks I think and then baby was on the breast from birth etc. we continue to breastfeed now at 13 months was exclusively BF till introducing solids
