No vaccines

Hello! I have decided to not vaccinate my 5 month old. For those of you who haven’t vaccinated their kids what did you use to boost their immune system?

I give my 2 year old elderberry syrup almost daily, especially when there’s sickness going around or she’s been playing with lots of other kids.

For me, I’m of the mindset that the immune system is built for the usual life. So playing outside, socialising with other kids. Keeping chemicals and aluminium particles exposure that would weaken their immune system to a minimum. Promote whole foods. They are going to get colds can’t avoid that and I don’t think it’s a bad thing. The vaccinations they pump our babies with are Hepatitis B (sexual transmitted disease) you’ll manage that risk. Polio (which is soooo rare these days). Rotavirus which you would get from particles it poop, unhygienic areas, you can manage that risk. Diphtheria - you would know if someone had it so you wouldn’t surround yourself with that person never mind your baby. Tetanus, again transferred from infected humans or rusty metals that are contaminated- again another risk you can manage.

daily probiotic yogurt , we like bulgarian type! hemp seeds + honey & any fruit usually bananas. my girl is 19m no vaccs only ever had 3 mild colds

Breastmilk. Sunshine, not being afraid of dirt and being around people and kids from early on. As little chemicals as possible, the gentlest, most chemical free laundry, breastmilk soap for baths, home cooked meals. If needs be homeopathy Apart from the occasional snotty nose and one very weak HFMD, she's been great, including now nearly 6m of nursery.

Breast milk 🏆
