Outdoor Time | Bedtime

1. How much outside play does your 2 year old have regularly? (Hours) 2. What time is bedtime? Just readjusting our schedule and got curious what everyone is doing!

1. My son is at daycare during the week. They are outside for at least an hour, but the don't go outside if it's less than 50° (or something like that). At home we go outside for maybe 20 min on weekdays. And an hour or more on weekends. 2. He eats dinner at 5 and is in bed at 7 on an ideal day, but most days we are running behind on dinner, which pushes back bed time.

Ours varies day to day based on weather. I would say at least 2 hours a day but not all at one time. We are a very much Baby/toddler led family. It’s really whatever she’s interested in doing. If she decides she wants to color inside and read books all day. That’s ok. We live in Charleston so some days she asks to go to the beach and we are there for hours. Same with bedtime. She doesn’t go to bed until between 9-10. Again she takes the lead. She will sleep if she’s tired. They all will. And she sleeps until 8/9 every morning. It allows me to have my mornings to do things I need to do and if dad gets home late he gets to hang out with her before bed instead of missing precious time. It works for us.

1. I take my baby during the day so about 4-6 hours out about with two one hour naps in between 2. Bed time is 730, then she will watch YouTube and play with me on the bed with lights out, normally fall asleep at 8

He goes out about 2hrs a day during the weekdays. Longer on weekends but just depends. Bedtime is 9 but he’s been staying up all different times sometime as late as 11:30 🙄

1. My daughter goes to daycare and they get about 30-45 minutes outside weather permitting and when she gets home we try to get her outside for a least and hour to an hour and half again… weather permitting 2. She eats dinner around 5-5:30 and she is in bed by 7!

@Alexus good to know my daughter isn’t the only one up until hella late sometimes. I wonder if that will ever change
