Venting here to save an argument
How is it my husband is on his 2nd shower of the day and I'm sat here in last night's t shirt I wore to bed.

I'm breastfeeding and baby is super clingy this last week but you're right I should just leave him to it. He just stimulates our baby though and makes him more overtired😭💤
My husband said to me the other day, when he went for his shower, "Yeah, but it's expected for you to look like that, I'm going to work, I need to shower..." Now I do as @kaitlyn said, hand the baby over and tell him I'm going for a shower
I sometimes leave my baby for a 5 minutes shower or put her in bathroom in a chair and have a bath. I usually have an evening bath with my 2 year old after dinner while husband plays with baby. You should find time to look after yourself too!
Make it part of your usual routine

i hand my child to my partner and do whatever i please, the second shes in his hands she’s his responsibility. we shouldn’t have to do that but it works x
