Gut remedies!

Hi everyone! Looking for advice. I’m in my first trimester and I’m having chronic diarrhea. Is there anything I can do to stop this without taking anti diarrheal meds that my doctor recommended? So far I’ve seen that bone broth helps so I may make that but looking for more suggestions. Thanks!

Bananas can help with diarrhea.

And probiotics, binding foods, along with adequate water intake

Fruit and spinach- grapes help me when my stomach gets really messed up and throwing a little handful of chopped spinach in with scrambled eggs in the morning really sets me up to be on track

Blueberries too! They have a lot of fiber!
