We started at 2 months. Ours is also a velcro baby and was EBF at the time but we'd leave him for less than an hour, we could see him on the cameras, and if he got upset they'd call us. He warmed up to it pretty quickly, surprisingly.
I go to burn boot camp it has free child care. The earliest you can bring baby is 12wks.
I did at 3 months and it’s been great for him since he won’t be doing other daycare, my MIL watches him while my husband and I work M-Th! He gets extra cuddles there or a good nap in 😂 they love him
My baby is 3 months and I wear him at the gym! I love it and he usually passes out
I started at 4 months
@Kidy ugh I’m jealous!! I tried that at our gym and they are like nope 🤦🏽♀️
Try line it up with baby’s sleep, and leave them in the pram if you can. I started super young, maybe 8 weeks last time. They had to come get me the first time because baby was crying but got better after that.
I startedat a year cuz I didn't get membership till then but the general rule is if they can't comfort your baby at all they come find you. But don't give up. Takes children a while to warm up to other carers
