First baby & clueless! really struggling not sharing with my closest friends & family too!

I am 5 weeks tomorrow! just feels like my period is looming with dull achy cramps and feeling tired and want to eat lots of shitty food! How is everyone else feeling?

We told our close friends and family as soon as we found out. It’s nice having support xx

Tell them, I’m due May, I’m 10 weeks just seen this on my feed. But I told work (cause of sickness), close family & friends. If something horrible happened, they’re my support system x

lol I am not telling them till Christmas 😂🫣 I told a couple friends though! The achy cramps are totally normal, I am the same all I want is potato this week as roasted, mashed or chip form 😂

Congratulations 💕 Honestly tell them, if you don’t want to tell them all then just tell a few so you have got a network around you and support while navigating this early stage. I have found it has made such a difference sharing it sooner with a few people this time (my second pregnancy) and having people to share both the exciting bits but also all the other bits. Having that support from the start means so much and has made me feel so much less isolated at times 💕 xxx

Firstly congratulations ☺️🫶🏼 I’m also 5 weeks and we have told parents but that’s it, I’m desperate to tell my younger siblings and close friends but think I’m going to wait until my first scan … but honestly I would say tell those who you would like support from ♥️

Hey @Lauren I’m 5 weeks tomorrow too!! 🌈❤️

I told my best friend pretty much the day after me and husband found out. I always knew I needed to tell one person so I had someone to talk to, my best friend was always that person! Told in-laws today and telling my Mum and step-dad tomorrow. I’m 5w+5. Desperate to tell my sister but she is horrendous at keeping secrets!!! I’m going by the rule of only telling people I’d be happy to tell if we for whatever reason lost the baby

I'm almost 6 weeks. This will be my second and I still feel clueless. I had some bleeding but still testing positive and my hcg levels are increasing (I had bloods) awaiting a scan in 2 weeks from the early pregnancy unit just to make sure everything is OK. I've told work (due to sickness) and close family. I thought it would be easier second time round but still feel clueless. Hang in there mamma xx

I just found out I'm pregnant 48 hours ago so far. I believe I'm 5 weeks. I've told my husband and one close friend .I'm gonna try to wait till I've past the 12 weeks mark hopefully not sure if I will make it, xmas is approaching and I've been invited to a few places , it's going to look suspicious since I won't be drinking . I needed to tell someone so I don't feel isolated. i might tell 1 more person, but I'm avoiding all the questions that come with it and the pregnancy advice . I have 14 year old child already. I will let him know once I've passed the 12-week mark to protect him.

@Natalie Congratulations, I like your statement, telling people who would support regardless, which is true since I've only told 1 person apart from my husband. I just found out 48-hour

Hey! I’m 5 weeks and told my parents today! I think I will tell one or two friends, just to have someone to talk to more that anything. I’ve had dull cramps on and off. This is my first pregnancy 🤰🏼 x

I’m in the same boat! I’ve just found out a couple of days ago and I’m just over 4 weeks, it’s my first time and feeling completely clueless! I wanted to wait to tell people but already I’m struggling to keep it hidden, I had to fake a headache to avoid drinking and the lies are already stressing me out!
