Help my baby is jumping😭

Is anyone else’s baby jumping? Started about week before she turned four months old and now all she wants to do is be held upright and jump. I thought it was normal up until family started pointing it out and as days have gone on she’s doing it more and more. I’m limited on space and don’t know what the best option is but I can’t hold her up to jump all day it’s killing my arms. If anyone has recommendations please leave them below.
