Anyone got any good suggestions for any good breast pumps that are not loud and are good quality to recommend?

Depends on objective really. If you want to boost supply nothing beats hospital -grade ones like medela symphony. If you have plenty of supply, but want to pump occasionally then elvie is indeed great. If you are looking to pump exclusively, I would get something that has either better battery than elvie or does not need charging at all...
