Currently 9 months with a very active toddler. I just let him do what he wanted to do, if it did hurt, I would tell him not to do it and he understood. I also was telling him that baby was inside and that we had to be gentle. I think overall, baby is protected but if it starts to hurt you or she’s jumping excessively then just be firm.
No the baby will be fine. They're protected in your sack.. I've been through it.. I have a 4m old now 😆 poor baby went through it all lol
I’m in the first trimester and I can see the issues when I’m further along but like should I stop now? I do sometimes do them with her on my knees but I have a bad back so it’s more comfortable for me to be laying down
