Breasts never feel full
My breasts never feel full anymore. My baby is 3 months and they used to feel full sometimes and I could express lots as well as bf but now I can only express 1oz and my breasts are always soft. Is this the end of my bf journey?

My baby is 3 months too and my boobs rarely feel full. But previously my midwife told me this would happen as you’re body learns to produce what is needed xx
Your body has just regulated ☺️
It’s normal, your body isn’t overproducing anymore and regulated to baby’s exact needs. So after baby feeds, you won’t be able to express the huge amounts like before. If you do need to pump and store milk, you’ll have to increase your supply by power pumping and nursing more often. Otherwise, you’re good.

Sounds like your milk is regulating. I'm almost 18 months in now with my second and my boobs never feel full. That includes nursery days when he's away from me for up to 8 hours! I have plenty of milk. When supply regulates it just means your body has become much more efficient at making it.
