Late nap
Does anyone else’s LO have a later nap time in the day? My LG has her nap at 2-4 and bed 8pm which works for us!

At this age the quality of sleep they're getting is much more important than what time of day they sleep! Typically my LB goes to bed around 8/830 except on the days he has nursery it's usually a littler earlier as he doesn't tend to nap there
Yes!! Recently my boys nap time has shifted to 2-3pm, it usto be 11:30-12:30pm!! It’s taken us awhile to figure out his new sleeping pattern 😩 & his new bedtime is 7:30-8pm. X
Yes same as you, except nursery days when she sleeps in the nursery for 45 min before I go and get her and then 3 to 5. 8- 8 30 pm bedtime.

My girl only naps once for 1.5-2 hours. She does on occasion have an extra nap but that tends to mess bed time up! Shes up between 7-8, naps at 11.30 then bed time 7-7.30. Which seems to be working for us. They are all different and as long as you're all getting enough sleep then don't overthink it 😊
