@Leslie the thing is he absolutely knows, this is our 3rd child together, the first I felt great after 4 weeks so I was back working and having sex, the second was different but he had someone else to have sex with so he didn't bother me, but this time we're actually together. I'm about to tell him to go cheat and leave me alone altogether

You are definitely not the problem. I've found a lot of men have unrealistic ideas about how women are post partum but then when we try to explain it to them they wanna gaslight us about it or make it seem like something is wrong with us. Hopefully you can have a deep conversation with him about this or maybe reach out to a doctor who can talk to him about it?
