Overflow breastmilk
What do mom's do with their extra breast milk???, I have already filled my freezer and it seems a shame to have to dump any with the effort it takes to constantly pump, but im producing around 16oz more than I need a day for my little one.

Pump less to down regulate your supply slightly?
Outside of donating, it’s also amazing for use in baths or skincare. I’ve seen some mums make soaps or cook with it too. Lots of options ☺️
I donated mine on a Facebook group called human milk 4 human babies.
I donate I have a couple regular families I donate too
I'll see about donating it would be nice to help people 🙂

Be a donor! Call your local breastfeeding clinic or hospital and ask:) if you're not eligible you can always post on your local mom groups to see if someone wants donor milk...or sell to body builders
