Hi ye I had this and had to cut out all carbonated drinks completely also I used to drink peppermint to get rid of it but that ended up giving me heart burn 🤦♀️ if anyone does have any suggestions how to get rid of it I'd be interested to know 😅 thanks x
I had this at exactly the same stage - fortunately it did pass. Lots of water, fybrogel and movement seemed the best. I also found sleeping on my side seemed to aggravate it so avoided that for a while
There are some stretches/body placements that you can do which can help. Google it, it’s hard to describe the poses 😅
Thanks all! I was on my feet all day yesterday and had zero 💨 issues so i think this is a thing! I do think the days i get it the worst i’m sitting down a lot. God i love this community ❤️
I did have a few weeks of it not long ago, but it seems to have gone for now. It was really painful especially at night. Hopefully it’s only short lived for you too!!
