It’s going to put a toll on you. You need to continue to eat and eat the thing that things to have the calories to make the milk
Not sure if it’s true, but I’ve heard if you don’t eat enough calories it can pull the calcium from your bones. Which would make sense because women are way more likely to have osteoporosis.
Your body will take everything from you to give to baby regardless, it puts a huge toll on your body. Please try and eat more for your sake/health! You and your baby deserve a healthy mama! Xx
