Sunflower lecithin for clogged ducts?
Anyone uses it? Does it work and does it impact babies digestion at all?
Getting clogged ducts daily at the moment and it causing havoc with supply for EBF baby...
Any favourite brands?

It worked for me ! Didn’t affect my babies digestive system. I took “legendary milk” brand. Another thing that helped a bit was soaking nipples in some epson salts and warm water to help with the clogging.
