I’ve been to my GP twice and I’m now on two different anti-sickness tablets that I alternate throughout the day and it is helping slightly. Sadly I don’t think there’s a miracle cure!
Anti sickness from GP, look at NICE guidance to know your options. Rich tea biscuits first thing in the morning before getting out of bed. Ginger tea, drink loads of water / squash, lemon squash, grapes, cucumber, carrot sticks. Eat whatever you can manage even if it’s all beige.
Hey Mama! What worked for me was Limeade! If I drank that when I woke up, I didn’t puke in the morning! As well as pregnancy drops, found them on Amazon, they helped me a whole lot too! As well as increasing water intake!🤍
