Regression/developmental?
My just turned 1 year old used to be able to sleep by herself but whenever I put her down keeps getting up, kneeling to the side and moaning until I eventually give in and pick her up...is this a developmental thing or a regression?

@Kadia Lovely! I'm literally right next to her though 😩 did your LO also seem to wake up after about 45 mins as well?
@Anisha this is a False start, usually caused by being overtired at bedtime.
Regressions can be caused by a developmental milestone.

Developmental. They’re starting to understand object permanence at this age even more and understand separation. My LO went through this too!
