Lack of symptoms
This is my second pregnancy and I’m around 5 weeks. Early days I know, but I don’t have many symptoms and they’re mild! I felt bloody awful and had lots of symptoms this early in my first pregnancy, so I’m kinda anxious that something’s wrong?! I’ve done so many tests to make sure! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining!! Anyone relate?

I have swollen tender breasts and fatigue but I'm taking a lot of progesterone as this is an ivf pregnancy so most likely a side effect of that. I had implantation cramps a few weeks ago but these have gone now. I feel more or less completely normal
I never had any either my first apartment from sore boobs for like 2 weeks and I’ve also not got any with this one, only slight mild headaches

Same here, I’m 5 weeks too with no symptoms - I had so many with my previous two pregnancies. I’ve booked in for a heartbeat scan to put my mind at rest!
