Oversupply
For mamas with an oversupply what are you doing to decrease. I stopped pumping completely probably 3-4 weeks ago and just nurse and use a little collector. But I am so insanely full all the time and I keep getting clots. I want my supply to go down because I have to go back to work in a week and I'll only be able to pump 2x while at work whereas normally he breastfeeds every 3 hours still. I'm really worried I'll end up with even more clots and possibly get mastitis if my supply doesn't go down more.

I use a haaka and just pump when he won’t eat. Are you able to use the portable pumps? Like the ones that sit in your bra
I don’t pump often tho. I kind of just deal with the milk leaking out.

A collector such as the haaka will attribute to an over supply as well! Best to switch between breasts during feeds and hand express milk when you feel engorged I’m also an over supplier which stopped pumping recently.
