Still not walking

Honestly I really wouldn’t worry, all babies are different. Our daughter doesn’t stand at all yet but cruises along knelt up on her knees a lot. I know she’ll get there when she’s ready. Both my husband and I were later walkers and didn’t walk until between 18 months and 2 years old! I used to be a teacher and worked in early years and always remind myself how different all children are - they all have different strengths, all learn at different rates and will pick things up at their own pace. I am keeping an eye on my daughter’s gross motor skills as she isn’t walking yet but won’t be concerned until/unless we notice something physical that is preventing her (ie a medical issue that needs investing) other than that, she’ll go when she’s ready to
My little girl is like this, too. I feel like she can walk, but she just doesn't want to. She's a climber and she is saying alot of words and communicating. She climbs the stairs really fast(obv not alone) and she can climb up onto chairs and sit on them etc etc. She's learnt how to get on and off the bed safely and all that, but when it comes to walking, she literally does everything else to get around but won't walk independently yet. I really wouldn't worry. They just change suddenly overnight. Is she really advanced with talking etc? Normally one thing is pushed later as they're focusing so much on other things.
Mine turned 16 months today and she’s only really started walking properly a couple of weeks ago! But she went very quickly from cruising to going strong I think it’s a lot to do with confidence it will just come! She was a late crawler as well wasn’t until she was 1, I wouldn’t worry 😊
My little boy isn’t walking either.. definitely confidence and balance with him too. I spoke to the health visitor and she came round to assess him and isn’t worried. Dad was a late walker and he is super lazy like his dad xxx
Our LG is 16 month old and still not walking I feel you! She’s cruising all the time and she does stand alone/walk to and from people but only 3 steps until she loses balance and falls
