School run advice PLEASE UK
So I live very close to a good primary school 2 mins walk literally and have a 2 year old and a baby. We’ve seen a lovely bigger house but it’s a 15/20 min walk from a primary school or car journey and the parking is a nightmare.
Better house or better school run?

Our house is 15-20 mins away. It’s not bad other than in torrential rain, we risk the parking near ours more in the autumn/ winter and walk more in the spring and summer.
